I believe companies don’t stop growing because they run out of opportunities.

They stop growing because complexity starts winning.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with global technology companies, venture-backed scaleups and fast-growing startups navigating one of the most challenging phases in business: scaling.

One experience fundamentally changed the way I think about growth.

While working for a global technology company, I watched the organization scale from roughly 300 to more than 3,000 employees in just a few years. It became clear that growth doesn’t only create opportunities—it creates complexity. Systems, processes and decision-making inevitably fall behind unless the operating model evolves alongside the business.

That lesson has shaped every transformation I’ve led since.

Whether at global technology companies or venture-backed scaleups, I consistently find the same underlying challenge: organizations don’t stop growing because demand disappears—they stop growing when the way they operate can no longer support their ambition.

That’s where I do my best work.

I partner with founders and executive teams to redesign commercial operating models, align strategy with execution and help organizations continue scaling without unnecessary complexity. Depending on the challenge, that may involve Commercial Transformation, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, AI enablement or go-to-market strategy—but the objective always remains the same: building organizations that scale.

One thing has consistently shaped the way I work: I can zoom out to challenge strategy and help leadership make better decisions, then zoom back in to redesign processes, data models and systems that turn those decisions into reality.
